REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
It’s the goal of pinoycupidgift.com to have maximum satisfaction from our customers. We take every effort to ensure perfect delivery of your gift item. All items featured on this website represent items offered by PINOYCUPIDGIFTS.COM and If something goes wrong or you have any concerns, please inform our staff immediately so that we can resolve this as fast as possible.
Regarding flowers, upon receiving them please follow our Floral Care instructions in your package. If you have any issues with your flowers please e-mail us at [email protected] or call us at (02) 518 5595 within 7 days of delivery.
If the order is cancelled 48 hours before delivery date, customer gets 100% refund.
If customer is not satisfied with a non-perishable gift-item after delivery, we’ll gladly exchange it. Just return the item as delivered within 3 days. For food and other perishables please contact our staff immediately if there’s any problem. We’ll try to resolve this amicably after looking at the situation but with your satisfaction in mind. Our liability to manufactured and/or electronic goods is limited to price and not functionality of the product beyond the warranty period.
If the item is delivered faulty/defective or damaged in transit, customer/recipient must advise us within 24hours, we will gladly replace the item. However, item cannot be exchanged.
Substitutions may sometimes be necessary to ensure your arrangement or special gift is delivered promptly. In this regard, we’ll try to be accommodating and gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar category if your requested gift is unavailable.
Flowers may be substituted with another color if requested color is not available. Baskets, vases, bears, chocolate packets may vary and subject to substitution (size, color, shape, brand etc) if the original shown on website is unavailable in stock.
Please note that while PINOYCUPIDGIFTS.COM delivers to most places within Philippines, if the delivery address is far from our courier office (Province delivery) or not covered by courier route, the recipient will need to pick up the item from the nearest courier drop-off. Both buyer and recipient will be promptly advised.
